Examinations |

The subjects Incorporate continuous evaluations, as far as possible. The methods
of continuous evaluation may include a Fast test, case study, Mini project, Report,
Presentation, Library assignment etc. In addition each subject requires a Semester
end examination, which conducts by the SLIATE. |

Assessment Criteria
|
- The Pass mark of the assignment is 50%
- The Pass mark of the written exam of the subject is 40%.
- Two assignments are given for one subject; one before the mid recess and the other after the mid recess of the semester.
- Average mark is taken in to account for final assignment mark.
- Assignment failures should complete their assignments with the next batch and both assignment of the relevant subject should be covered.

Semester-End Examinations

To sit the Semester-end examination, students sre required to have 70% of the attendance
in lectures of each subject.
The final grading of a subject will be decided considering 30% of average assigment
marks & 70% of written examination marks of the perticular subject.

Grade & Grade Points
|
|
Students' work and achievement throughout the semester based on attendance, class
activities, tutorials, reports, presentations, examinations are evaluated and expressed
by a letter grade. Brief description of the grades and the grade points allocated
to each grade is shown here.
